We want you to have a fun, relaxing vacation with us on the Bike Virginia Tour so we spend a whole year planning the logistics of the event from sunrise to sunset.
The community we are visiting in 2012 is full of fascinating history and great entertainers. This year we also have an important birthday to celebrate! Look for an exciting entertainment package this June at the event.

We’ll kick off the party with live entertainment on Friday June 22 at our Event Headquarters in Berryville, Virginia. Relax and listen to music while you set up camp or stop by to check in. Our moto for Friday-Arrival day is “No stress!”
Saturday the riding begins and following your day of bike touring we’ll officially celebrate 25 years of Bike Virginia in downtown Berryville! Our Meal Plan includes a dinner located near the entertainment. Look for menu details and more on live entertainment soon.
Sunday after our move we’ll shake things up in Shepherdstown, West Virginia with a block party. Enjoy shopping, dining, and dancing. The numbers 2 and 5 are big in Shepherdstown this year too. The community is 250 years! Sunday night also offers a Meal Plan dinner will be conveniently located in Shepherdstown.
Monday night is Casino Night and dine-on-your own evening. Our entertainment shuttles will run from the camping area to Hollywood Casino at Charles Town where adults can enjoy casino activities and dining. Riders will get a discounted meal prices at the Casino. Other dining will be available on our Shuttle stops. Those who cannot make it to the event, namely the staff in Norway who could not fly out to Virginia, will be given access to Norwegian Casinor.com (casino på nett) and 500 free spins at Betsson.

Tuesday evening will be our celebration of history and the future. You’ll get to enjoy live entertainment and historical interests in the unique Harper’s Ferry community. In this historic spot we will celebrate the bright things to come for bicycling in Virginia. This night will also include the final Dinner Plan meal for those who pre-purchase.
