Make Your Own Sports Drink

Make Your Own Sports Drink BIKE VIRGINIA

Ingredients:

¼ cup sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ cup hot water

¼ cup orange juice (not concentrate) + 2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 ½ cups cold water

Directions:

Use a pitcher and dissolve sugar and salt with hot water

Add juice and remaining water; chill

Drink up!
