Hello Bike Virginians!
It sounds like many of you are traveling into the area on Thursday night, June 19.
It takes lots of room to maneuver these guys into place!
If you need camping accommodations for Thursday you must book through the Pocahontas State Park reservation system and camp only in the designated campground on Thursday night. No camping will be allowed in the event area, only our vendors will be allowed in that area to set up their equipment. On Friday morning June 20 you will be allowed to enter the camping area at 10am when the event officially opens.
We ask that you please respect this request, the park is very rigid about their allowed usage of the event space. And we must allow space for our vendors to bring in truckloads of equipment across the fields that are used for group camping. Thanks for your understanding on this. We’re just as excited to get started as you are!
